Today, some of our most important tasks include maintenance of single- and twin-engine piston and turbine aircraft, structural repairs of both composite and metal structures, as well as various modifications and customisations according to customer needs and applicable regulations. Norrønafly also has its own fully equipped engine workshop that performs maintenance and repairs on a variety of engine types.
Norrønafly Rakkestad AS is a approved and certified engine workshop, with technical personnel authorised to work on Lycoming and Continental engines. We always use original and factory-approved spare parts, and has direct access to the manufacturers' technical documentation and data.
As a customer with us, you are secured:
We are also an authorised Rotax workshop and carry out service, repairs and maintenance with the same requirements for quality and traceability as for other engines.
The earlier you carry out engine maintenance, the lower the risk of major problems. All aircraft need regular maintenance.
In our aircraft workshop, we carry out maintenance and service of aircraft engines and bodies, as well as overhauls.
In recent months, we have had the pleasure of preparing the Norwegian aircraft LN-HMB for export to Pakistan and the Edhi Foundation.
In Pakistan, the aeroplane will be used as an ambulance aircraft in connection with disaster and emergency situations.
We have followed the process from sale to export, and the pilots have had their licences converted in collaboration with our partner, Oslo Flight Academy. We thank you for the assignment and wish the Edhi Foundation the best of luck in its important and humanitarian work.
We celebrate 40 years of Cessna Caravan with a great visit from Cessna and a Cessna Caravan almost directly from Wichita
